There are no phones to contact the Grimhilde Manor, and unannounced guests are not welcome, outside of particular ritual and protocol.

When one wishes to reach Nerium, they should call upon the Raven of Night, and tie a message to its claws upon its arrival. Treat it with respect, and one should face no trouble.

Otherwise, come to the manor's door in the dark of night. It is advisable to wear a dark hood. Entry will be permitted upon offering of a token. If not is offered, one will be taken of the Grimhilde's choosing.

It's a pain to contact Nerium, but Joel needs her help. Over the past several days he's found some information in some of his books that resonates with him, passages that sound like what he's experiencing and he's not sure anyone else can really help him. It takes him longer than he'd like to admit to figure out how to summon the raven, which isn't helped by the fact that Spencer is watching him, perched at the kitchen table with his chin in his hands. They've had to lock Huxley in the bathroom so he won't bark at the bird when it arrives and startle it.

When it does, Spencer sits up a little straighter and Joel carefully ties the note to its leg, hoping this works. He's running out of places to turn.

I need your help. I know your assistance likely won't come without a price and I'm more than willing to discuss this, but I need to meet with you. Something is happening to me and I don't know who else to ask for help.

I've found information on a demon old enough to be nameless. It's said to latch onto those who summon it, said to take its time before trying to take over. It's said to block some powers and enhance others. I think it's latched onto me. I think it's the thing I summoned by accident when I was seventeen and I think it's been with me for the past twelve years. It's trying to take over now.

This can't happen. I need to find a way to banish it or contain it. If you can help, please let me know. Contact me at any time via my mail or phone or even just show up at the house or the bookstore. Any time. Please.
